Pancarana is a comune, or municipality, located in the province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated in the Oltrepò Pavese area.
The town is positioned approximately 45 km (28 mi) south of Milan and about 14 km (8.7 mi) southwest of the city of Pavia.
