Ottobiano is a comune located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 45 kilometers southwest of Milan and about 25 kilometers west of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, Ottobiano had a population of 1,168 residents. The municipality covers a total land area of 24.5 square kilometers.
