Ostiano is a comune located in the Province of Cremona within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres northeast of the city of Cremona.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 19.4 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 3,054 residents.
