Orio Litta is a comune located in the Province of Lodi within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 45 kilometres southeast of Milan and about 14 kilometres southeast of the city of Lodi.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 9.9 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,982 residents.
