Nova Milanese is a comune (municipality) located in the Province of Monza and Brianza within the Lombardy region of Italy. It is situated approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Milan.
The municipality holds the honorary title of city, which was granted by presidential decree. Nova Milanese shares borders with the municipalities of Cinisello Balsamo, Desio, Muggiò, Paderno Dugnano, and Varedo.
