Mezzanino is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 35 kilometers (22 miles) south of Milan and about 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) southeast of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 13.9 square kilometers (5.4 square miles) and had a recorded population of 1,435 residents.
