Mezzana Bigli is a comune (municipality) located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated in the Lomellina traditional region, positioned approximately 50 km southwest of Milan and about 25 km southwest of Pavia.
The municipality is geographically situated near the left bank of the Po River at its confluence with the Agogna river.
