Menconico is a comune located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 70 km south of Milan and about 45 km south of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 465 residents and covered a total area of 28.2 km².
