Marmirolo is a comune located in the Province of Mantua within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 130 kilometres east of Milan and about 7 kilometres northwest of the city of Mantua.
The municipality's territory lies entirely on the plain as part of the Pianura Padana. The Mincio river flows through the area, crossing its landscape.
