Lodi Vecchio is a comune located in the Province of Lodi within the Lombardy region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Milan and about 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of the city of Lodi.
The settlement was granted the honorary title of city by a presidential decree on January 22, 2006.
