Limbiate is a city located in the Province of Monza and Brianza within the Lombardy region of Italy. It is situated approximately 15 kilometres (9 miles) north of Milan.
The municipality was officially elevated to city status by decree of the President of the Republic on March 26, 2018. As of 2016, Limbiate had a recorded population of 35,279 residents.
