Lierna is a comune located in the province of Lecco within the Lombardy region of north-west Italy. It is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Como, positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) north of Milan and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Lecco.
