Lezzeno is a comune located in the Province of Como within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres north of Milan and about 15 kilometres northeast of the city of Como.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 22.5 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,088 residents.
