Guidizzolo is a comune located in the Province of Mantua within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres east of Milan and about 25 kilometres northwest of the city of Mantua.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring towns, including Cavriana, Ceresara, Goito, Medole, and Solferino.
