Grumello Cremonese ed Uniti is a comune located in the Province of Cremona within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Milan and about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) northwest of the city of Cremona.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Acquanegra Cremonese, Annicco, Cappella Cantone, Crotta d'Adda, Pizzighettone, and Sesto ed Uniti.
