Gropello Cairoli is a comune located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It has a population of approximately 4,235 residents.
The municipality is situated in eastern Lomellina, positioned near the edge of the terrace that overlooks the Ticino river's floodplain. Geographically, it lies about 15 km (9.3 mi) west of Pavia and roughly 35 km (22 mi) southwest of Milan.
