Gromo is a comune located in the Province of Bergamo within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 35 kilometres northeast of Bergamo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 20.0 square kilometres and had a population of 1,246 residents.
