Giussago is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Pavia within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is situated approximately 20 km south of Milan and about 11 km north of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 24.8 km² and had a recorded population of 4,053 residents.
