Genzone is a frazione of the municipality of Corteolona e Genzone, situated in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The settlement is located approximately 35 kilometers southeast of Milan and about 15 kilometers east of the city of Pavia.
Historically, Genzone functioned as an independent comune before it was merged into its current administrative structure in 2016.
