Cesano Maderno is a town and comune located in the province of Monza and Brianza within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The municipality has a population of approximately 39,960 inhabitants.
The town shares borders with Seveso to the north, Bovisio-Masciago to the south, Desio and Seregno to the east, and Ceriano Laghetto and Cogliate to the west. It was officially granted the honorary title of city by a presidential decree on October 11, 1999.
