Ceresara is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Mantua within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres east of Milan and about 20 kilometres northwest of the city of Mantua.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 37.8 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,544 residents.
