Cava Manara is a comune, or municipality, situated in the province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is located approximately 35 kilometers south of Milan and about 7 kilometers southwest of the city of Pavia.
The town is positioned near the confluence of two major waterways: the Ticino and Po rivers. Its geographic location places it in a significant riverine area of the Lombardy region.
