Casatenovo is a comune located in the Province of Lecco within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres northeast of Milan and roughly 20 kilometres southwest of the city of Lecco.
As of 2011, the municipality had a population of about 12,700 residents.
