Carlazzo is a comune located in the Province of Como within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres north of Milan and about 25 kilometres north of the city of Como.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 12.7 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,838 residents.
