Camairago is a frazione situated within the municipality of Castelgerundo. It is located in the Province of Lodi, which is part of the Lombardy region in northern Italy.
The locality is positioned approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) southeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of the city of Lodi.
