Breme is a comune located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres southwest of Milan and about 40 kilometres west of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 889 residents and covered a total area of 19.2 square kilometres.
