Borgosatollo is a comune located in the province of Brescia within the Lombardy region of Italy. It is situated in the plain directly south of the city of Brescia.
The municipality is bounded by the communes of Castenedolo, Montirone, Poncarale, and San Zeno Naviglio. Its territory also includes two frazioni, known as Gerole and Piffione.
