Borghetto Lodigiano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Lodi within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The town is positioned approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of Milan and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of the city of Lodi.
Geographically, the settlement is located on the left slope of the Lambro river. It serves as a local administrative center within its province.
