Testico is a comune located in the Province of Savona within the Liguria region of Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 50 kilometres southwest of Savona.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 217 residents and covered an area of 10.2 square kilometres.
