Taggia is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Imperia within the Italian region of Liguria. The town is located approximately 110 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 15 kilometres west of Imperia.
The municipality has a population of around 13,000 inhabitants. It serves as a coastal settlement in the Riviera di Ponente area of Italy.
