Rocchetta di Vara is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of La Spezia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is located approximately 70 kilometres southeast of Genoa and about 11 kilometres north of the city of La Spezia.
The town serves as a local administrative center in the coastal region of northwestern Italy.
