Quiliano is a comune located in the Province of Savona within the Liguria region of Italy. It is situated approximately 45 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 5 kilometres west of the city of Savona.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 49.5 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 7,225 residents.
