Pignone is a comune located in the Province of La Spezia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southeast of Genoa and about 11 kilometres northwest of La Spezia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 654 residents and covered a total area of 16.2 square kilometres.
