Piana Crixia is a comune located in the Province of Savona within the Liguria region of Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres west of Genoa and about 25 kilometres northwest of Savona.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 29.6 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 826 residents.
