Ospedaletti is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Imperia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is located approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) southwest of Genoa and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of the city of Imperia.
The town serves as a local administrative center in the southwestern portion of the province, positioned within the coastal region of northwestern Italy.
