Ortovero is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Savona within the Italian region of Liguria. It is located in the northwestern part of Italy.
The town is positioned approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) southwest of Genoa and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Savona.
