Lucinasco is a comune located in the Province of Imperia within the Liguria region of Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 11 kilometres northwest of the city of Imperia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 8.2 square kilometres and had a population of 268 residents.
