Isolabona is a comune located in the Province of Imperia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 30 kilometres west of the city of Imperia.
As of 2011, the municipality had a population of 716 people distributed across 333 families. The community covers a total area of 12.4 square kilometres.
