Framura is a comune located in the Province of La Spezia within the Liguria region of Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres southeast of Genoa and about 25 kilometres northwest of La Spezia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had an area of 18.9 square kilometres and a population of 739 residents.
