Civezza is a comune located in the Province of Imperia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is situated approximately 127 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 7 kilometres west of the city of Imperia.
The municipality covers an area of 3.8 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Civezza had a recorded population of 557 residents.
