Carro is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of La Spezia within the Italian region of Liguria. It is located in the northwestern part of Italy.
The town is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Genoa and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of La Spezia.
