Carpasio is a former municipality located in the Province of Imperia within the Liguria region of Italy. It was situated approximately 100 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 15 kilometres northwest of Imperia.
As of December 31, 2004, the area covered 16.1 square kilometres and had a population of 180 residents. In early 2018, Carpasio was unified with Montalto Ligure to form the new comune of Montalto Carpasio.
