Strangolagalli is a comune (municipality) situated in the province of Frosinone within the Lazio region of Italy. It is located approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Rome and about 12 kilometres southeast of the city of Frosinone.
The municipality is positioned on the slopes of the Ernici Mountains, moving toward the Liri River. The local economy is primarily based on agriculture, though many residents commute to nearby industries for employment.
