Santa Marinella is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Lazio. It is located within the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of the city of Rome.
The town serves as a coastal destination within the metropolitan area, defined by its geographic position along the coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
