San Donato Val di Comino is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Frosinone within the Italian region of Lazio. It is situated in the Comino Valley.
The town is positioned approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) east of Rome and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Frosinone.
