Pofi is a comune, or municipality, located in the province of Frosinone within the Italian region of Lazio. It serves as a residential area with a population of approximately 4,200 inhabitants.
The town is situated roughly 80 kilometres (50 mi) southeast of Rome and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of the city of Frosinone.
