Piedimonte San Germano is a comune, or municipality, located in the province of Frosinone within the Italian region of Lazio. It is situated in the Liri River valley.
The town is positioned approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) southeast of Rome and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of Frosinone.
