Picinisco is a comune located in the Province of Frosinone within the Italian region of Lazio. The municipality is situated approximately 120 kilometres east of Rome and about 45 kilometres east of Frosinone.
The town is geographically positioned within the Valle di Comino and falls under the jurisdiction of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise.
