Nemi is a town and comune located in the Metropolitan City of Rome, Italy. Situated within the Alban Hills, it overlooks Lake Nemi, which is characterized as a volcanic crater lake.
The town's geographic location places it approximately 6 kilometres northwest of Velletri and about 30 kilometres southeast of Rome.
