Micigliano is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Rieti within the Italian region of Latium. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Rome and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Rieti.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 37.8 square kilometres (14.6 mi2) with a recorded population of 146 people.
